My wife and I were looking to purchase a holiday home in the Piedmont region. Not being Italian we were initially quite apprehensive about the process we would need to go through and were a bit lost navigating the different agencies. We came across Engel and Voelkers, which appeared to be more professional and with better housing options compared to other agencies. We reached out about a specific property and received a response from Carlo. From that moment, Carlo went above and beyond in sending us different options, patiently listening to all of our requirements, and helping us find the right home. When we did find our home, he guided us through every step of the process, supported closely by his colleague Bruno. The fact that we were not Italian speakers was not an issue and Carlo went out of his way to ensure we understood everything going on, and also helped us prepare an offer that was in line with our budget. We were warned by many about Italy’s bureaucratic processes and that it would take months and months to close - whilst the process is bureaucratic, Carlo expertly navigated it and we closed on our dream house within 2 and a half months of doing the viewing (and that is with Christmas holidays in the middle of that period!) We could not recommend Carlo or Bruno any more highly, and we continue to stay in touch with them even after the purchase as they help us settle in. Grazie Carlo e Bruno!

I'm very satisfied with this company, the property was very nice and all expectations have been met.
