We’ve used Enterprise a lot in the past and tend to see them as a go to solution with car hire. Booking at Bologna was as easy as anywhere and I was familiar with the enhanced insurance package which gives a no nonsense peace of mind. When we arrived, we asked if the car we had came with SatNav. It didn’t so we got an upgrade to an Audi Quattro from a Juke. Bianca was there at the start and end of hire and she did a grand job and looked after us. Professional and attentive. We couldn’t fault the service.

Il ritiro e la restituzione del veicolo sono assolutamente semplici. La fattura era lì lo stesso giorno. Questo non è sempre il caso delle società di autonoleggio. Piacevole anche la vicinanza all'aeroporto. L'ho sperimentato diversamente

I had very good experience with Enterprise team at Bologna airport, after I found the problem with the rental car in Florenz (later we found out that was my mistake), the lady in Bologna airport office has been always keeping contact with me and helping to contact the support, have never experienced it with other German Enterprise locations (in Germany it is always like "please contact the Enterprise office closed to you...")
