Words can’t describe how amazing Mari was during our entire wedding planning experience. As a couple from Dallas, Texas, we were planning our dream Italian wedding from the States, which was definitely not an easy task. Mari was a crucial part in making sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire 10 months leading up to our wedding, and has become a dear friend along the way. We had countless Zoom calls every month which ensured our vision come to life for our entire 4 day wedding week, which included a welcome party, cooking class and night out in the city, a magical pizza party rehearsal dinner, and of course our wedding day. She was there for every event, planning and executing every detail, and making sure everything went smoothly. I’m so glad I trusted Mari with every single decision throughout the entire wedding planning process, because she brought our wedding to life beyond what we could have ever hoped for. The relationships she has with the vendors she works with are invaluable – we had the most amazing vendor team cultivated and lead by her. She took all of my creative ideas and made them come to life - from a colorful, wavy table that that matched an even more colorful, wavy wedding aisle, a dinner with whimsical draping and sparkling lights, and a party like no other - every design and detail took your breath away. It was truly because of her creativity in design, attention to deal, and easygoing nature that made all the difference. Wedding day can be stressful, but Mari’s sweet, calm, laid back personality was exactly what I needed, and it was because of who she is that I was able to completely trust her with every decision. It’s one thing planning a wedding from afar and putting together mood boards and color pallettes, but it’s another thing to feel it all come together so seamlessly, to step foot in the villa that doesn’t do pictures justice, and seeing the incredible aisle, dinner table, and party that we created. It was the best day of our lives! I know that Mari will be a forever dear friend to me, and that I will always have her friendship whenever I go back to Italy. You need to hire her – she will make all of the difference.

Il 9 settembre 2023 è stato un vero e proprio tour de force di emozioni! Marilena, Isabella e Aurora sono state come tre fiamme creative che hanno trasformato ogni aspetto della giornata in pura magia. Ogni dettaglio, ogni istante, l'armonia impeccabile dei fornitori e la grazia con cui hanno superato ogni imprevisto ci ha lasciato senza parole. Sapevamo di essere in buone mani, ma la loro dedizione e passione hanno superato di gran lunga ogni aspettativa. Se cercate delle “fatine madrine” per rendere il vostro giorno speciale davvero unico, non cercate oltre! Mari is seriously the BEST. She delivered an authentic feeling Italian Wedding for us. It really feels like she is in this business for the right reasons. She loves love and gets joy from delivering on peoples vision. By the end of the process we wanted to invite Mari to our wedding! She and her day-of-team were on top of every detail and we were not stressed in the moment. I can't say enough nice things about Mari. We did go a little over budget on our wedding, but we do not regret it. For Americans considering getting married in Italy, hit her up!

Mari is not only an ultimate professional that cares about her own business, reputation, and craft, but she is a compassionate person that cares more about the needs and happiness of her clients. I found working with her from 3000 miles away in the United States to be a pleasant and smooth experience. Marilena worked with us for over 10 months to organize an event we will remember for the rest of our lives. On the day of the event Mari’s staff and assistants were accommodating and supportive. Mari also showed up the entire day for events the day before the wedding ceremony and she did not necessarily have to, but she did anyways just to make sure everything went smoothly. Every detail on the day of was thoughtfully prepared and every guest said this event was a memory of a lifetime. She made all Italian guests and all American guests feel equally welcome and well oriented. For myself and my wife and her family, it was a dream come true and we made very meaningful lifetime memories together. We are very grateful and Mari if you are ever in the US please visit us!!

Un matrimonio e la magia del Natale. Abbiamo trovato Marilena tramite internet e già dal primo incontro abbiamo capito di aver trovato la persona giusta per organizzare il nostro matrimonio. Avendo scelto come tema il Natale non volevamo attenerci ai soli addobbi e dolci della tradizione, cercavamo quell'aria di festa, di complicità e di amore che si trova quando la famiglia si riunisce a tavola per il pranzo di Natale. E così è stato. Tra mille idee, un budget da rispettare e qualche contrattempo, come se il periodo Covid non fosse già abbastanza, è riuscita a seguirci passo passo, sostenerci ed organizzare il più bel giorno della nostra vita. Sia noi che i nostri invitati siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'evento. Vorrei poter tornare indietro solo per poter rivivere tutto di nuovo esattamente com'è stato. Bravissima ed efficientissima. Consigliata per chi cerca una persona in grado non solo di ascoltarti ma anche di capirti.

MAGNIFICA! Non potevamo desiderare una wedding planner migliore di Marilena. Ci è stata accanto dall’inizio alla fine, ci ha seguiti passo per passo, curando anche il più minimo dettaglio solo per vedere la nostra felicità brillarci negli occhi. Marilena non è solo una wedding planner. Marilena è una donna meravigliosa, professionale, capace, forte ma allo stesso tempo sensibile, positiva, sempre pronta a darti un sostegno. Una di quelle persone che per il suo lavoro si da al 100% mettendoci anima e corpo. Inaspettatamente abbiamo trovato un’amica di cui non faremo mai più a meno. Abbiamo scelto Marilena per organizzarci il matrimonio perché sapevamo fosse molto brava nel suo lavoro, ma la cosa più sconvolgente è stato il suo proporci e mettere in pratica esattamente le soluzioni che noi, nel nostro immaginifico, speravamo ci venissero proposte.. Si è creata subito un empatia impressionante, e questa penso sia la sua dote principale, realizzare per ogni coppia un matrimonio che sta alla coppia come un vestito fatto su misura.. Ma riavvolgiamo il nastro dal principio... io e mio marito abbiamo contattato Marilena ad ottobre 2019, su suggerimento di un amico, con l'intenzione di organizzare il nostro matrimonio in pochi mesi, la data era stata infatti fissata a marzo 2020. Marilena si è dimostrata subito disponibilissima, professionale e piena di idee. Ci ha rassicurato in merito alle tempistiche (nessun problema per lei organizzare un matrimonio in sei mesi scarsi!), ha raccolto tutte le nostre idee, e si è informata sui nostri gusti, sul nostro stile. Dopo solo pochi giorni ha iniziato ad inviarci proposte che erano ben più che all'altezza delle nostre aspettative (tutti i fornitori con cui collabora sono assoluti professionisti, veri artisti del settore wedding). Abbiamo esaminato tutto quanto insieme, punto per punto, con call su Skype che a causa degli impegni lavorativi miei e di mio marito erano quasi sempre all'ora di cena o nel fine settimana (Marilena ci è sempre davvero venuta incontro, ci rispondeva persino mentre era fuori con gli amici, in vacanza), abbiamo iniziato a fare le prime scelte e, un pezzetto per volta, come una vera squadra, abbiamo costrutito la nostra festa. Noi eravamo entusiasti ed elettrizzati, lei con noi. Era tutto pronto, mancava pochissimo, ma poi è arrivata la fine di febbraio, ed è accaduto qualcosa di davvero imprevedibile, pressoché impensabile: i primi casi di COVID-19, l'emergenza sanitaria, la paura, l'incertezza, e tutto quello che ne è conseguito. Siamo stati costretti a rimandare, ma vi assicuro questo rinvio non ha guastato proprio nulla. Marilena ci è sempre stata vicina, ci ha sostenuti ed incoraggiati, ci ha creduto insieme a noi. Nell'arco di pochi giorni, ci ha aiutato a riorganizzare tutto per ottobre 2020. Quindi tutto finito? No, affatto: dopo l'apparente tregua estiva, ad inizio ottobre sono ripresi i contagi, e con essi le nuove restrizioni, ma nulla ci ha fermato. Nell'arco di due settimane insieme a Marilena abbiamo riorganizzato tutto per la terza volta, dividendo il ricevimento in quattro: due pranzi e due cene da 30 invitati ciascuno, nel pieno rispetto delle misure di sicurezza. Sono risultati due giorni meravigliosi, mai li avremmo potuti immaginare più belli, più curati (l'intimità di ciascun ricevimento non ha fatto altro che esaltare la ricercatezza di ogni dettaglio) e li ricorderemo per sempre per la gioia, l'incanto e la bellezza, per i sorrisi degli invitati, per la felicità che si respirava dappertutto. Saremo per sempre grati a Marilena e al suo staff per aver contribuito con immensa professionalità a rendere possibile anche quello che sembrava impossibile (ma d'altra parte nulla è impossibile se ci si lascia aiutare dalle persone giuste!).

Certamente una grande professionista, ho avuto il piacere di collaborare con lei in svariati eventi occupandomi della parte musicale e devo dire che sia dal punto di vista creativo sia da quello organizzativo è veramente eccellente, mette anima e corpo in quello che realizza e il suo obiettivo è sempre l'eccellenza. Lavorare avendo come riferimento questi canoni è sempre un piacere sia professionale che umano. Brava Marilena!

I've had the pleasure to work with Marilena several times and I've always noticed a huge attention for her clients in every phase and part of the wedding day, a great teamwork by the people who worked for her and a very refined taste and style; she's a very talented coordinator as well as a very friendly person.
