Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience when picking up our car at this Budget location today. Efficient, had our keys waiting for us when we got to the counter, didn’t try to upsell us on extra options we didn’t want, the amount paid matched our reservation amount, and he personally showed us the existing scratches on the vehicle (which were noted on our paperwork too). Spoke great English. This was a very positive experience. I wish I had made note of the young man who helped us; he deserves some praise. Thank you!
