Our wedding in Sardinia was an absolute dream and could not have been possible without Sara and her team. Planning a destination wedding is never easy, but it was made possible with the help of Sara and her gifted staff. I trusted them fully to help me decide where to splurge and where to save. Every suggestion was completely on point. Their attention to detail, communication, and expertise went far above and beyond. If you are considering a destination wedding in Sardinia or Italy, I would unequivocally recommend Sara and team. Words cannot truly describe what a magical day they created for us.

Sara and her team created our dream wedding. She found us the perfect exclusive venue which were not offered by any other wedding planners in the area. I am a wedding planner myself so I am very detail oriented and Sara still exceeded all my expectations. She has a beautiful eye for design and caters to all her clients needs. We had a full weekend extravaganza for our friends and family from all over the world and Sara and her team managed all the logistics like the professionals that they are. Finally, Sara and each member of her team are truly wonderful, sweet people and my husband and I consider them our family too now for the rest of time. We can't wait to come back to Sardinia to keep celebrating life milestones and we hope Sara can keep helping us plan them as well!

Thank you for picking up our last minute elopement and making it an event we will never forget. I felt supported and heard through the entire planning. The elopement day was so much more than I had expected and the talent of the team really shone. It was also lovely to have such a kind and warm-hearted team around us on our wedding day especially because our families were so far away. Simply unforgettable.

Sara and her whole team were very professional, organised, flexible and kind. They organised the most beautiful wedding for us and made our vision come true. Their talented designer Valeria even created a beautiful traditional Persian wedding table even though they never had such a request before. Marelize found us the best location that was everything we could dream of. We had all our meetings over online meetings which worked really well. All our guests had the best time! Having a great team of wedding planners gave us the opportunity to be in the moment and enjoy everything more on our big day. L’organizzazione di un evento così importante è davvero delicata ed affidarsi una vera professionista di questo mestiere è la scelta più saggia. Noi viviamo a Milano e volevamo però organizzare un matrimonio in una delle isole più belle del mondo, la Sardegna, per cui non potevamo fare altro se non affidarci completamente a Sara ed al suo team (per di più con tutte le restrizioni legate alla pandemia, non potevamo nemmeno muoverci da Milano). Quando ho conosciuto Francesco eravamo in vacanza alle Grenadine e lì ho visto un matrimonio in riva al mare, molto informale, semplice e leggero. Da allora ho sempre desiderato anche per me un matrimonio completamente diverso dai canoni. Sara ed il suo team hanno perfettamente compreso questo desiderio, lo hanno quindi tradotto in un’organizzazione perfetta e lo hanno però connotato anche di tanta eleganza e finezza, mantenendo comunque un carattere fresco, leggero e unconventional. Anche l’informalità può essere elegante e loro ci sono riuscite alla perfezione. Noi abbiamo fatto cerimonia e ricevimento tutto nella stessa location, che abbiamo però potuto vedere solo appena 2 settimane prima dell’evento (facendo contestualmente anche l’unica prova menu) e siamo stati soddisfatti su tutto: location eccezionale e menu di prima classe. Sara e il suo team hanno poi pensato ad ogni singolo dettaglio ed hanno dimostrato di avere buon gusto in ogni scelta: ogni singolo particolare di tutto il loro allestimento (decorazioni floreali, luci, menu, tableau de marriage, bouquet, musica e foto) era caratterizzato da un’eleganza e una raffinatezza incomparabili. Inoltre con Sara poi si instaura un rapporto bellissimo, lei è una persona eccezionale ed anche le sue persone sono tutte splendide, sempre disponibili, pronte ad aiutarti in qualsiasi momento, più di quello che ci aspetterebbe da un “fornitore”. Sara non è “un fornitore” diventa proprio un’amica e questo è qualcosa che va ben oltre il contratto, è qualcosa che non si può comprare e che lei ti dà perché ci mette passione, ci mette il cuore. Non potevamo capitare in mani migliori! Il servizio offerto da Sara è davvero di altissimo livello e davvero di valore.

Our experience with Sara and her team was absolutely wonderful! I would recomend her in a healthbeat... She is incredibly talented and trustworthy. She was able to immediately understand our style and needs (even before we did) and to implement everything to perfection. The whole experience was way beyond our expectations! I am from Sardinia and my now husband is Lebanese. We both live in New York and wanted to organize a traditional Sardinian wedding for our friends and family flying-in from all over the world. We contacted Sara about 8 months before the wedding and only met in person once before the wedding week. Sara, Martina and the rest of the team were incredible at managing the whole process, despite being in different countries (Whatsapp, Skype, e-mails, Dropbox). We met in person for a venue visit about 4 months before the wedding day and that was enough for her to get the full picture of what we were looking for. The wedding was absolutely perfect! When we saw the church and the transformed venue we were astonished! It was way beyond what we could have ever expected or imagined. Everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day, aside for enjoying every moment. Our friends and family were impressed and keep talking about what an incredible experience our wedding was! Sara and her team have our strongest recommendation!! Sara and her amazing team made all our wedding dreams come true! We live in Boston and decided to get married in Sardinia while there on a 10 day trip visiting family, 7 months before the wedding. An extensive wedding planner online search led me straight to Sara Events. I absolutely LOVE her style and the choice to go with Sara Events for our special day was an obvious one. Once we contacted her she jumped into action with location ideas and we left our short trip in Sardinia with a great location picked out. We are both very busy professionals that care a lot about the details and Sara Events made planning a wedding from the other side of the world a breeze. While finding times to meet with a 6 hour time difference was sometimes challenging, we didn't need many meetings to design the wedding of our dreams. Sara's team is extremely well organized and they really know how to cater to their clients' taste and needs. Use of Dropbox and Whatsapp also made things easy. The day of our wedding it was forecasted to rain at 6 pm, our ceremony start time. 36 hours before the wedding, my now husband asked Sara to move the wedding to noon to avoid the rain. While most of our guests were already there, I would have never dared to make such request on short notice given that so many of our vendors were traveling from far away. To my great surprise, Sara worked her magic and made it possible for us to start at 12 pm and have the most amazing weather for our ceremony and pictures. The day of the wedding everything was flawless and Sara's team of 6 was there to take care of every need. Every detail from the grass heel protectors for the ladies to the centerpieces was perfectly thought of and arranged. One year later, our guest still talk about our beautiful flowers and the desert table. All our vendors which Sara Events recommended were awesome and went above and beyond to make us the happiest couple and have our guests (60% of whom traveled from abroad) fully enjoy themselves. I can't thank Sara and her team enough for an amazing wedding day!

Nonostante l'organizzazione a più di 1000 km di distanza, Sara è stata una professionista svolgendo il suo lavoro con passione e cura minuziosa. Attenta, disponibile in ogni momento, sempre pronta a dispensare consigli, ma mai invadente. il risultato è stato eccellente! Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli! Una persona stupenda! Abbiamo contattato Sara e il suo team un anno e mezzo prima della data del nostro matrimonio perché avevamo visto i suoi lavori e volevamo assolutamente che fosse lei ad occuparsi del nostro grande giorno! Abitando fuori dalla Sardegna i contatti sono stati per lo più telefonici, ma non sono mancati gli incontri dal vivo in momenti importanti come la scelta del vestito. Da pochi nostri input Sara ha capito come avrebbe potuto essere l’allestimento del matrimonio e sin dalla scelta delle partecipazioni i suoi consigli si sono rivelati preziosi e di classe. Ci ha quindi guidati nella scelta di tutti i fornitori e di tutti i dettagli dell’organizzazione, con consigli che solo chi ha esperienza e buon gusto può offrire; questo non vuol dire che abbia ‘scelto’ lei per noi come spesso viene detto dei wedding planner, anche una maniaca del controllo come me ha potuto scegliere e ‘controllare’ tutto con la tranquillità che quel giorno tutto sarebbe stato gestito da un team di professionisti, liberandoci quindi dal pensiero di dover gestire noi in prima persona la giornata più speciale della nostra vita! Affidandoci a lei abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di entrare in contatto anche con fornitori che altrimenti ci sarebbero stati preclusi. Ci ha fornito un aiuto pratico oltre che artistico; ad esempio nella scelta delle bomboniere eravamo un po’ sfiduciati perché non trovavamo nulla di nostro gusto. Allora le abbiamo esposto la nostra idea di bomboniera e lei ha trovato una perla rara! Oggetti fatti a mano uno per uno da una dolcissima ragazza sarda che Sara ha scovato per noi nel web.. senza di lei non l’avremmo mai trovata! La giornata è stata stupenda, gli allestimenti ancora più belli di come ce li fossimo immaginati, i nostri ospiti sono stati contenti e ancora ci fanno i complimenti! Non ultimo ci ha salvati da un bel grattacapo trovando nel prato del luogo del ricevimento le chiavi di una casa in affitto di un nostro invitato.. un vero angelo custode! Grazie mille ancora di tutto a Sara, Martina (grazie per la pazienza!) e a tutti i membri del team che hanno lavorato per rendere unico e indimenticabile il nostro giorno speciale!
