I struggle to find shoes to fit my feet, but I bought four pairs here that are very comfortable and also stylish. Plus the lady working here was fantastically helpful and friendly. Ho scoperto questo negozio grazie alla mia mamma nativa del Centro di Firenze. Guardando su internet ho visto delle scarpe bellissime rosse...Mi sono recata sabato e le scarpe sono veramente belle, originali come le volevo. Ho trovato un negozio con prodotti veramente particolari e unici, un titolare veramente gentile, disponibile ed educato.E' stato un acquisto veloce e per il quale sono rimasta davvero contenta. Quando sono andato a Firenze nel 2018, ho trovato questo negozio e ne ho comprato un paio prima di tornare a casa. Molto facile da indossare e lo adoro Era un ristorante che volevo assolutamente visitare quando tornavo a Firenze! L'ho detto al personale del negozio. Ha scattato una foto con un sorriso ^ ^ Grazie Questa volta nel 2023 ho potuto acquistare scarpe in saldo in diversi colori ad un prezzo molto basso, e le indosso subito ♡ Mi piacciono queste scarpe perché sono molto eleganti e facili da indossare! Questo è un negozio dove puoi trovare scarpe meravigliose.

I bought two pairs of beautifully crafted Florentine leather shoes from this store, helped by a very patient and friendly gentleman (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) I absolutely recommend buying leather shoes here because Valentina has so many high quality shoes of various designs to pick from at reasonable prices. The store’s customer service was also incredible from start to finish, helping find shoes that fit my small feet, offering sole inserts etc to ensure comfort and a good fit. I loved shopping here and would definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone coming to Florence. Thanks again, dear staff member! ☺️

Mi dispiace che abbia saputo per telefono che il numero massimo di scarpa per donna sia il 41. A me interesserebbe un 43. Ma è un problema di tutti i negozi, purtroppo. Comunque bravi.

Dopo essere entrato e guardatomi intorno goffamente, ho chiesto timidamente un consiglio per degli stivali da donna e lui mi ha chiesto espressamente che tipo di scarpe volevo. E dopo aver chiesto la dimensione, si voltò e tirò fuori diversi pezzi. Ognuno aveva una personalità diversa, quindi mi hanno detto di provarli a mio piacimento e hanno gentilmente aggiunto spiegazioni per ognuno. Anche se non sono fatte a Firenze, sono tutte scarpe fatte con cuoio fiorentino, e ho comprato il primo paio che mi è stato consigliato. Haha, semplicemente una raccomandazione geniale. Non avevano tutte le taglie, quindi la persona successiva che ha provato le scarpe che ho comprato è dovuta andare via senza poterle acquistare ahah. Prima di tutto, hanno dato ottimi consigli, tutte le scarpe erano fantastiche e parlavano molto bene l'inglese , quindi la comunicazione è stata molto semplice. Tendo ad avere difficoltà a comprare qualsiasi cosa, ma i prezzi e la qualità erano così ragionevoli che volevo comprare tutte le scarpe consigliate qui. Se venissi di nuovo a Firenze, ho intenzione di comprare di nuovo le scarpe qui! Dicono che è possibile anche la spedizione all'estero, quindi puoi acquistare online in tutta sicurezza :)

Il personale è molto gentile. C'è un rimborso fiscale di 150 euro, quindi puoi ottenere un rimborso se compri solo due paia. La qualità delle scarpe e il prezzo sono molto buoni.

Felicissima per il mio acquisto, un paio di stivali morbidi, di un castagno autunnale raffinato e che calzano perfettamente. Cosa non facile per chi ha il 34! Questi erano di una taglia in più ma con una semplice soletta, ricevuta in omaggio, ho risolto brillantemente. Ringrazio "Valentina" per l'assistenza...sì, perché prima di fare l'ordine ho inviato un e-mail per chiedere informazioni. La consegna è stata velocissima.

Fantastic quality shoes at very competitive prices. It’s clear the owners curate their selections and brands with care. I came here twice: first, to purchase boots to withstand heavy rains during my stay (and they were outstanding!), and came back a second time for locally made, beautiful leather boots (pictured). I am thrilled with my purchases and experience working with Thomas. He was not pushy at all and extremely attentive to all the customers in the shop, both locals and tourists. By coincidence, my Airbnb host also recommends this store even though I stumbled upon it on my own — and I am clearly a converted fan. Grazie mille!!

The owner was very helpful! We exchanged bunch of emails and she was always happy to reply and help with my order. My boots arrived from Italy to Australia in 4 days. And they are exactly as described and shown on Valentina Shoes website. I couldn't find such model of boots in such colour here in Australia. Searching online, I was a bit sceptic first, there were some dodgy websites. But Valentina's website gained my trust, everything seemed genuine, and by her replying to my initial email, I was confident to order. Overall, very good options of quality shoes, good website, easy order, and a very kind owner!
