Went there to discover my next scent, was greeted by Rebecca who rolled out the red carpet for me and had the patience not only to walk me through their approach at creating perfume but also showed me what she thought I would like and indeed she found it! Thank you so much Rebecca, for your time and dedication, this is what customer service should look like!

My 19 year old and I had such a great experience here! AquaFlor lived up to its reputation— beautiful shop with great products. Luigi helped us both find a fragrance and was very kind and patient — and clearly passionate about his work! Highly recommend!

The premises offer a true “Gusto” experience. The design of the store itself, originality of the artisan odors, but most importantly the experts who assisted me and my wife all through our journey inside their magnificent store. Ask for Alessandro and Federica to take you through an amazing experience. They were so polite, knowledgeable in what they were talking about and offered us the best choices in their collection according to our questions. The products are perfect in Aqua Flor Firenze, but it was the service these two experts provided that made the whole difference. This is called service and customer experience.

Stunning perfumer gem in the heart of Florence

The smell drew us in it was incredible. I absolutely loved this store with it's displays in huge old style glass cabinets. My fiance bought some soaps and they smell amazing. The staff are incredible and couldn't do more to help.

Ho effettuato l’esperienza di personalizzare la mia fragranza e ad oggi, dopo averla finalmente aperta, posso dire solo che grazie. Un posto unico che attraverso i loro profumi riesce a portarti in un mondo a parte. Davvero spettacolari.

Wow! I was taken here on a recent trip to Florence. Luigi was so helpful and not only could answer all my questions on everything fragrance, he also recommended a restaurant for one of the most delicious meals. A little piece of Florence proudly sitting on my bathroom vanity to remind me of Italy with every spray.

Extremely satisfied with my experience in store. Alberto was very professional and knowledgeable with perfume. Helped me went through a good selection of perfumes and finally got one bottle that I love. They are not only offering some classic scents but if you want something unique(like me) you won’t be disappointed with their approaches towards different styles. I’ve visited a lot of perfume shops around the world, this is definitely one of a kind and I loved every moment in it. If you are in Florence, it’s definitely worth a visit.

We just did the full-on "make your own perfume experience." First, you must reserve via phone or visit the store it's close to the duomo to make a reservation Second, when you come on your reservation, the specialist greets you and shows you throughout the store, including a brief tour of the building (breathtaking and charming) Third, you are escorted to the room where art meets science, and you are guided by the specialist as you try multiple scents until you are satisfied. Take as long as you need and enjoy the process. Sample, mix and test. It's beautiful. They also brought cheeses, chocolates, water, and juice to make this experience extra special. Four, once you decide on a scent the specialist then takes it and mixes it with alcohol. Five, the perfume recipes are memorized and noted so you can order your own perfume anywhere around the world Six, voila your perfume is wrapped and ready to take with you. Rosalina was our specialist, she was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge and kindness went beyond the border of the experience, and we had a wonderful chat about our cultures. She moved the experience from being wonderful to wonderfully special. While expensive, I'm coming back again with more loved ones. It's a true unique experience worthy of a splurge.

Such a fun experience for me and my friends. The man who helped us was very patient. I am very new with perfumes but he helped me find the perfect one. The small bottles are around $100. However the service and the experience was worth it.

We had a wonderful time with Alberto at Aquaflor. He was patient with us as he took us through a scent journey. He did a great job describing the scents and explaining the smells to us.

L'atmosfera del negozio era molto carina ed era bello guardarsi intorno. In particolare ho acquistato buoni prodotti dopo aver ricevuto consigli su buoni profumi e regali sotto la guida di Luigi.

What a unique experience this has been! Rebecca took care of us during our visit at this very special and kinda magical place. Her knowledge about parfumes is insane and it was a true pleasure to be able to also visit the laboratory in the underground, where every single perfume is produced in the middle of Florence. I bought the best smelling perfume ever with the help of Carmen. Carmen was very knowledgeable and was able to take scents that I liked and make various recommendations. When I asked her to show me something else similar to one I liked, she gave more options and descriptions. She was also able to identify the scents of our unlabeled testers when we wanted to look at a perfume we had looked at earlier. Overall the service was impressive, the atmosphere relaxing and luxurious, and Carmen very cheerful and helpful.

Carmen was fantastic and very helpful. She helped me and my wife both find scents that work for us individually as well as a home scent diffuser for our house. She was knowledgeable without being pushy. We would absolutely shop here again the next time we return to Italy.

Got to see the lab and thought process of all of their perfumes: it was fantastic. Donato helped us out and was so great. All of the employees were super welcoming and attentive as well as knowledgeable about each scent. I would highly recommend it!!
