The cleanest, and most cared after facility, with such precise instruction, both electronically at the coin and vending, that even as an American, speaking very little Italian, I could be assisted and redirected when I didn't know exactly how to properly close and latch the door on the washing machine. A simple phone call and Philippe was there to assist on the other end of the number it said to call for assistance. If there were more stars to give, I would. He and his lovely wife deserve it. They are sincere, good, and hardworking people. I would gladly spend my time and dime in this facility every time. And lastly, it's a very nice and easy walk from the Grand Hotel Europa! Couldn't ask for more.
