This is a world class company! The drivers have been fantastic, and the cost is very, very reasonable. We came to Lucca expecting to take trains and buses to the various destinations outside the city, but once we discovered Tau we have used them for all our travel.

We were so glad we hired Tau Touring. Everything was great from communication to ease of payment. And the service was expectational. Our driver Ferdinando went above and beyond by taking us to see the Florence American Military Cemetery and Memorial on our way to Chianti. Carlo made an early morning trip from Lucca to the Florence airport easy and comfortable. Our group of 10 highly recommend booking with this company.

Many thanks to the staff and drivers for assisting us with transfers to/from Lucca. Communication was quick and drivers arrived on time. Katia and Susanna were most helpful and patient during several changes, cancellations and delays with our flight and arrival times. Would definitely recommend Tau Touring!!

We used Tau for our group of 18 to go from the airport in Florence to a rental villa, then on day trips to Florence, to Siena, and to Pisa and Lucca. They also took us to the Cinque Terre for the next leg of our trip, and then from there to Provence, France. The 21 passenger bus was very nice inside and comfortable. Lots of luggage space. The people in the office are wonderful to work with, and the drivers were on time, safe and friendly. I want to shout out to drivers Claudio, Ferdinando, and Marco. Amazing gentlemen who were so gracious to our group, especially the 8 children. Great English skills as well!
