Pia really is the best! She helped me plan a surprise proposal for my now fiancée. She planned and timed everything perfectly. The violinist, the flower arrangement, the neon sign, the venue, the photographer and videographer. She is super responsive and you can tell she has a breadth of experience and knowledge and truly cares about creating breath taking moments. Not knowing the language or area, having her on my side really helped. If you’re on the fence of hiring a planner, do it, it will save you a lot of time and mental burden. Pia was so much more than we could have ever hoped for. We decided on Italy for our small destination wedding, and came across Pia by chance, after our venue (Airbnb) owner passed her info along. Looking back, there is no way we could have pulled off the wedding without her. She took care of our every need, giving suggestions when appropriate but always taking into account what we wanted first. She was so easy to work with, throughout the whole process. She was communicative, responsive and pleasant; on our wedding day we were absolutely amazed with what she had pulled off. Between the flowers, drycleaning for dress, cake, working with the venue, etc. she ensured that everything was taken care of. As nerve-wracking as it may be to plan a wedding from thousands of miles away, sight unseen, I would not hesitate recommend anyone to trust Pia, as you will be blown away by the result. We are so lucky to have found her and could not be happier with how things turned out!

We had a wedding in Polignano a Mare with 90 guests at a small Masseria that was not familiar with larger international weddings, but Pia made it all come together perfectly. Maria pia was the best! I was planning a small destination wedding in Italy (we are from the United States) and Maria pia was our lifeline. She was so knowledgeable, honest, and accessible - I felt so comfortable knowing everything was being taken care of from afar. Not only did she completely take care of the ceremony and reception, she helped me with the dinners before and after and transportation for all my international guests. She went above and beyond. We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team. Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. She went to all the venues and took pictures and videos for us. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. Couldn't fault Pia's service enough, from start to finish she really made my proposal perfect. Very helpful video call in the first instance, followed up by some excellent suggestions, with great local knowledge of Puglia. Excellent responsiveness and really made herself available throughout. Pia was an amaizing planner for my wedding proposal. I wanted to create a very special moment for me and my now fiancé (she said yes!) in Puglia and I could not have done this without her. Pia replied within hours of reaching out and we were quickly planning the perfect proposal. I can only give positive and amazing feedback for Maria (as the girlfriend being proposed to) - she is someone that goes the extra mile to get to know her client, even without ever having spoken to me, to make sure that the proposal was more than perfect and make sure it was a surprise. She thought about my star sign and the person I might be to make sure to incorporate a beautiful location and set-up and my favourite flowers and songs without me ever thinking that something was up. She made the whole experience nothing short of absolute perfection, beyond my expectations and it would be a mistake if you didn't choose Maria for your event.

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in beautiful southern Italy but I live in London and did not have the connections or local knowledge to coordinate it by myself. Maria is a local to Apulia and is incredibly passionate about her work and her region. She does not offer set packages, she starts with a blank canvas so that every proposal idea is bespoke to the couple. We started with a video consultation in which Maria asked me many questions to get to know me, my girlfriend and our relationship. Once we had discussed a few ideas, Maria travelled around Apulia scounting the right locations, enquiring with venues and operators to make reservations. She carries a diary of local photogrpahers and musicians that she works with personally to get a competitive rate and reliable service. Maria is very thoughtful in considering every detail and eventuality, so that come rain or shine everything goes to plan. There is so much I want to say about Maria, she is a wonderful women and has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was made as stress free as possible. We met Maria and she had organised us somewhere to stay on our visit as well as showing us the traditions in Puglia. Maria took on board our wants and wishes and then gave us so much options and venue to look at when we did visit. She showed us local venders rather than the ones advertised for abroad weddings which saved us so much money. When Covid hit the world Maria's communication was so much more that helpful it was comforting to know that she was keeping on top of everything in Italy for us, and updating us when needed. We unfortunately had to move our wedding and Maria arranged all the transfers to the new date with ease, I'm so please we had her as part of our wedding planning otherwise things could have ended so differently when it got complicated due to Covid.
