Highly recommended! Best spa in Milano.

Actually beautiful, the pools are nice, some features are more or less useless but I guess it’s nice to have options. It is quite full though, even during a random tuesday, I think they should reduce the number of people they take in at the same time. The dinner aperitif buffet was very nice though, and there is mint tea to refresh between differet parts of the spa.

We purposely planned to come to Milan to visit this spa and we was not disappointed! It worked out at £50 each which is well worth it as we have payed more for spas in the UK that haven’t been as good and have been less access time. Although we could spend 5 hours there we found around 3 hours was enough. The check in was so smooth we straight away went in using the self check in and we enjoyed all the little details such as the merengues to snack on and in the changing rooms they had different typed of moisturisers. One negative for us was that absolutely everyone is on their phones when in the water etc and constantly taking pictures and not caring that they are in your way or that you might not want to be in there picture. I think we were the only ones that left our phones in the lockers as we enjoyed relaxing without having to use our phones. Also despite us going on a weekday it was still so busy! And the changing rooms were very busy and only one toilet for women so a big queue, none of that spoilt our day though.

Personale gentilissimo, bella struttura, vieterei tassativamente l'uso dei cellulari che spesso disturbano anche solo con il bagliore dello schermo.

It was a lovely spa morning, there’s so many rooms to experience. You need to go early as it gets very busy around 12 ish. Would recommend

Ambiente curato e pulito, nuove saune molto particolari e suggestive. Ottima esperienza.

Mattinata stupenda tra il percorso benessere, le vasche calde esterne situate in una bella location e un massaggio di coppia bellissimo. Mi sono proprio rilassata, l'acqua era calda, le tisane e le acque aromatizzate proposte una bella idea, le creme corpo profumate.

Vabbè C'è poco da dire, bellissimo posto, personale qualificato e gentile

Location sempre suggestiva (specialmente l'area esterna) un pó di pulizia in più non guasterebbe, aperitivo appena passabile, altre strutture qc Terme in Italia offrono un servizio più all altezza del prezzo

Bagni termali molto, molto fantastici. I 70€ per 5 ore ne sono valsi decisamente la pena. Il prezzo includeva un delizioso pasto con snack e bevande italiane. C'erano molte persone lì ma non era affollata. Hai molto da sperimentare e le 5 ore sono buone per questo. L'acqua è calda, le saune purtroppo sono tutte un po' più deboli tranne la sauna al fieno. È un'esperienza in sé. Negli spogliatoi femminili ci sono anche le piastre a disposizione di tutti. Se leggi i commenti e le regole sai che ci sono molti cellulari in arrivo. Non è stata una brutta cosa per noi.

Super rilassante

Molto bello il “bagno termale all-inclusive” in città. Siamo stati qui un giovedì sera e abbiamo pagato € 59 a persona. Erano inclusi scarpe, asciugamano, accappatoio e “un aperitivo”, che consisteva in tapas, un buffet di dolci e una postazione dove ognuno poteva preparare la propria bevanda. C'erano anche distributori di bevande con tè e acqua. Mi sono piaciute particolarmente le diverse sale relax.

Nettamente inferiore agli standard delle altre terme della catena QC terme. Poche vasche idromassaggio (quelle al piano inferiore non sono riuscita a farle per la troppa gente ed era un giovedì). Al contrario ci sono troppe saune spesso vuote e inutilizzate. Il tram fatto a sauna è rimasto quasi sempre vuoto come la stanza pediluvio, completamente vuota. Dovrebbero fare più vasche idromassaggio all'interno ed eliminare qualche sauna o la sala pediluvio. La vasca cinema con tutta quell'acqua che ti cade addosso viene sfruttata poco perché oggettivamente è un pò claustrofobica. Buono invece l'aperitivo.

Tutto perfetto, anche se un po' caro, ma grande pecca...se vuoi un cocktail o un caffè fuori programma (aperitivo, pranzo o cena) non è possibile...

Piacevolissima esperienza di massaggio tailor made sotto le mani esperte e sapienti di una gentilissima Sig.na Doriana. Ero già mezzo in paradiso tanto ero rilassata.

Tempo trascorso la sera e che bella sorpresa. Un momento magico, senza tempo, una cornice magnifica! Consiglio di farlo al 100% passando per Milano e preferibilmente di notte.

Per la quantità di persone che ospita gli ambienti sono troppo piccoli, saune e soprattutto bagno turco ce ne sono a volontà quindi trovi sempre posto ma in altri ambienti non riesci ad accedere. È un peccato perché con tutte quelle persone il relax ne risente parecchio.

Andava tutto bene e bene. Tante fantastiche esperienze diverse per il bagno. Svantaggi: Massaggio solo 20 minuti invece di 25. Anche se pagato caro. L'accappatoio con il passante al centro della schiena dà fastidio quando si è sdraiati. È un peccato che le saune siano dotate solo di costume da bagno.

Visited the spa for an afternoon. All of the experiences were great especially the famous cinema room which lived up to expectations. The lay out itself was slightly difficult to navigate but once you got your bearings was fine. You supply your details online when booking and a robe, towel & flip flops are waiting for you in your locker. Only downside there wasn’t clear instructions what to do with them once you had finished or we had not been notified as we opted for the self check. You need to take them out with you back to reception and drop them behind the desks. The spa was very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful, would highly recommend if you are in Milan.

Great experience, it was kinda busy but due to that there is so much you can do it was fine, try the outside pools if possible, (great view for the stars) I'll recommend you to try almost all their rooms if you've the time for the best experience.

I‘m really disappointed in this place, but it‘s not for to the reasons you think. The spa itself is amazing, there are so many „attractions“ to choose from and it also ties in very well with it‘s roman history. I really enjoyed the outdoor‘s pool. But it‘s just insane how people treat this place. Even though there‘s a sign that asks you to not take your phone with you, most people ignore it. It spoils the entire atmosphere. I highly encourage that phones are banned. People pose for pictures, scroll through social media and PLAY GAMES while in one of the most beautiful environments in the area. I am aware that the spa gets most of its publicity through social media, but it‘s just too much. It seems like people just do what they want. Worst offender: a guy vaping in the sauna (while on Instagram of course). I think it‘s a great place to go on a rainy afternoon, but you‘ll lose your faith in humanity (and 60€).
