We had a great experience renting our car from them. Very friendly, helpful and honest service. We got a lovely new Fiat 500 and took the recommendation for extra insurance, which ended up coming in handy on these narrow, winding Tuscan roads. Would recommend them.

Budget per la prima volta e ci è piaciuto molto. Consiglio molto amichevole: il dipendente ha impiegato molto tempo e ha spiegato tutti i rischi. Anche il processo di restituzione (all'aeroporto di Bologna) è stato estremamente amichevole e rapido. Il lieve danno causato dal forte vento all'apertura della portiera dell'auto non è stato affatto un problema ed è stato completamente coperto. Abbiamo potuto prendere il volo di ritorno senza ritardi. Consiglio: prenotate la protezione completa direttamente sul posto e solo il pacchetto base sul sito web - così vi risparmiate il viaggio avanti e indietro con l'assicurazione in caso di danni e non dovete anticipare l'importo.

Three stars because I reserved an automatic 6 months in advance but it was unavailable the day of my reservation. Thankfully I also know how to drive stick. Getting the car can take a while. Took over 1 hour to get my car even though there was only 1 customer in front of me. Returning the car was fine, you drop off in the gated parking lot. Honk for them to open the gate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of the city.

We had a great experience here. Good service and no hustle. Even got upgrades from a Ford Fiesta to a Mercedes! A little difficult to find but walking distance from the train station. Return was easy and fast as well. The ladies working there were really nice 😁would use again. …
