Not sure why it has such a low score. Get the 1 scoop cup and their serving sizes are VERY generous. Me and my partner loved it and the flavour selection was phenomenal. I’ve been there twice, not sure why it has such a low score.

Non capisco le recensioni negative, non si potrebbe chiedere di più, ha l'atmosfera di una gestione familiare, gli dà un tocco speciale nonostante sia in una posizione così centrale

I was honestly very surprised by the reviews here. It's true that I've never had more expensive ice cream. On the other hand, it was the biggest ice cream I've ever had in my hands, and the taste? The Pistachio was perfect, the Hazelnut was very tasty, and the Chocolate was a little weaker than the ones I mentioned, but still very tasty. The price for the ice cream was 10 euros, but you really need to take into account the size of it, as I am a man, 182 tall and my hand looks like a child's in the photo. 😅 The only thing that was strange was the label stuck to the cone so that it couldn't be eaten in its entirety, but that definitely didn't spoil my mood. For me, excellent ice cream and if you're not trying to save money, I can recommend it.

Costoso ma super buono e molto gentile

Non capisco perché sia valutato così male. I gelati erano deliziosi, soprattutto al cocco e al mango. Il servizio è stato molto cordiale. Il prezzo era molto onesto. 5€ per i gelati grandi. Buona giornata.

The ice cream was really perfect. It seems that someone made the rating so low on purpose becouse it is really delicios. We were a group of 6 people and tried different flavors all of them were delicious.

Very fine sorbet-ice cream, of course! What more do I need to say.

Delicious gelato - I had the coffee and melon flavours. Yes, pricier than average (5E for 2 flavours) but it was a generous serving and tbh what do people expect on the edge of the Piazza!? If you want a real shock, try sitting in one of the terraces on the Piazza and ordering a drink 🤣 You're paying for the experience. …

Gelato di discreta qualità...sicuramente la posizione a pochi metri da Piazza del Campo incide sul prezzo del prodotto venduto. Forse il nome della gelateria vuole anticipare il "brivido" che ti assale al momento del pagamento..

Gelateria molto buona e con personale gentile (6,50€ per il gelato più piccolo secondo alcuni ma per il più grande così).

In una giornata di caldo ho accettato di spendere MINIMO 5€ per un gelato... mi sembra folle ma devo ammettere che era veramente buono e fresco

If you don’t want expensive gelato, don’t go to the place 5 steps from Il Campo di Siena. Review the gelato, not the price of real estate in the historic center.

Hands down the best gelato we’ve had in Italy so far, and we’ve had A LOT. The coconut, the fruits of the forrest, lemon and salted caramel were beyond compare. The sizes are very generous (even the small) and the staff was very friendly. Glad we didn’t read reviews before we went and surprised by any negative feedback. Our kids were asking if we could go back today but we’re already in another city!

Prezzo ok, tazza piena con due palline, anche il gelato era buono, quindi era tutto ok.

Non riesco a capire le recensioni negative. Il gelato è ottimo in termini di gusto e qualità, ce ne sono diverse varietà, ce n'è sicuramente per tutti i gusti! La porzione più piccola costa 5 euro, ma a dire il vero la quantità di gelato equivale tranquillamente a tre palline e poi il prezzo non è più così astronomico! Puoi anche vedere i prezzi prima di ordinare. Penso che il prezzo sia OK proprio in Piazza del Campo e nel centro di Siena!

Recensioni ingiustificate. Nel 2023 quello più economico costa 5 euro, ma è anche ben farcito e molto gustoso. Inoltre nella posizione migliore, questo non è gratis.

We enjoyed the gelato here very much. We tried the melon, strawberry, cherry, and lemon; all were fantastic!

We had a small cone with two flavors for 5€. Workers were very nice and friendly. Maybe a bit more expensive than other places but really centric and fantastic flavors.
