Ottimo concetto con una cucina aperta e piatti che cambiano ogni giorno. Servizio molto attento e cibo super delizioso. Raccomandazione assoluta per Siena. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: 50,00 Euro per 2 cacio e pepe, 2 tiramisù, 0,5 litri di vino bianco e una bottiglia d'acqua. C'erano due espressi in casa.

Cena di capodanno 23/24 eccellente, ambiente tipico, servizio impeccabile. Antipasti buoni, primi buonissimi e arrosto top (con contorno).

Ristorante tipico senese. Ho mangiato il miglior piccione e un ossobuco come solo Alessandro sa fare !!!

Cucina tradizionale di ottima qualità, ottimo servizio da parte del proprietario e del cameriere che parlava un inglese perfetto. Molto ben posizionato. Prezzo eccessivo, anche se vista la qualità del servizio e del cibo non ci è dispiaciuto pagare, i servizi igienici potrebbero essere migliorati.

Small but wonderful family restaurant. It’s amazing to watch the two of them prepare and serve all the food in such a small kitchen and dining area. Friendly and efficient service and great food! We loved the ravioli and the gnocchi con ragu. Great spot for lunch or dinner , just a few steps from Il campo.

Absolutely beyond impressed with this restaurant. My partner and I walked past at lunch and it smelt like a flavourful ragu. We decided that we would go for dinner. We came for dinner and were greeted by the owner who spoke very little English but with my Spanish we were able to have a basic conversation. I already looked at the reviews online so I knew what I wanted. We started off with the house wine and it was great! Than the wild boar Picci and it was absolutely delicious. The star of the show was the ossobuco which was absolutely incredible. The owner also convinced us to have some of the ossobuco sauce with some spaghetti and it was heavenly. Overall best dining experience me and my partner have had in a very long time and best in Italy. We will definitely come back

We did not know what to expect, but we had an excellent experience. The service was great, the food was great & the tiramisu was the best I’ve had, anywhere. Would highly recommend.

This was the best pasta dish I’ve had in Italy. It’s a warm environment, clearly family run and cared for. The food is amazing and the open kitchen where you can watch the Nonna cook is delightful

Terrific food and atmosphere. Everything was pleasant and tasty. The best food in Siena. Close to everything, but just hidden enough we could have missed it.

The wild Boar was very very good!!

Great food and very nice service. We had ham, salami and cheese for a starter, then pasta with wild boar ragu, courgette in tomato sauce for a main and tiramisu and biscuits for dessert. Everything was delicious and freshly made. Kitchen is open and you can see owners cooking pasta for you. Next time we are in Sienna we will definitely visit this place!

Trattoria con antiche tradizioni culinarie di alto livello cortesia e gentilezza prezzi abbordabili!!!

Su consiglio di un amico, habitué del locale, abbiamo scoperto questo posticino appena dietro la Torre del Mangia. Ravioli al tartufo, Arista di maiale, cime di rapa piccanti e delle sconvolgenti "patate alla fattoressa" (con aglio, rosmarino, pomodoro e finocchietto...) hanno placato il nostro appetito. Prezzi decisamente competitivi, vista la posizione La cordialità e la simpatia dell'oste Alessandro invece non ha prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Luogo incantevole. È un posto autentico con una cucina totalmente adatta alle famiglie. Senza menu ci siamo fatti guidare da ciò che ci ha consigliato e da ciò che abbiamo osservato ai tavoli accanto a noi. Tutto delizioso! Anche se hanno tavoli all'aperto, consiglio di mangiare all'interno, vedere come preparano i piatti e sentire la cucina a portata di mano. E non andartene senza aver provato il tiramisù. Anche eccellente.

Trattoria a conduzione familiare, con cucina a vista e piatti tipici cucinati in maniera casereccia e verace. Quando si entra si respira tutta la semplicità e la veracità della gente della terra senese. Piatti tutti della tradizione locale con ingredienti di prim'ordine e freschissimi. Consigliato per chi vuol immergersi nella cultura gastronomica del luogo senza farsi spennare e passare una serata diversa, che sa di tempo lento, sapori autentici e chiaccherate davanti ad un buon bicchiere di rosso.

Great place for fresh pasta and wine. Limited menu (including drinks) but go with the staffs recommendation. This place is authentic. Owners speak broken English but will explain the menu and very friendly. Great service!

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend. We had sulami and cheese anti pasta to start and a ravioli in sage butter and a pici e Pepe. All pasta is homemade in the small kitchen. Service is great. Please note, they don’t have a printed menu. Look at wall on way into restaurant. In addition, the server will tell you what fresh pasta and sauce they have. You won’t be disappointed.

This is homestyle Italian cooking at its finest! I will be back!

Just off the campo, a small place, only 15 or so tables, down a side street with great homestyle food. Note the menu when you walk in at the entrance. You will need it to order unless your Italian is good! The house carafe wine was excellent, we all had different pastas which are simple and flavourful. Killer tiramisu and coffee. Kitchen literally in the same room so you can see everything. It was loud and vibey. Loved it.

We stopped by here for lunch, and had the absolute best pasta Bolognese on our entire trip to Italy! Hands down the best pasta and best bolognese. The Chianti was a perfect paring and we throughly enjoyed the secondi chicken as well. We would definitely return! ❤️❤️❤️
