We were in Florence during the aug holiday (aug 15, 2023). We needed to get some laundry done for the 2nd half of our trip. Hotel was charging per item so we decided to find a wash and fold place. Unfortunately due to the holiday none of them were open except this one. We went to 2 other places before we found this one. They charge 5 euro per kg (sign was in front of the door) The guy weighted our bag in front of us. It was 5 kg so he charges us 25 euro. He guy doesn’t speak any English but was able to tell us that we can pick it up in an hour and cash only. We came back in an hour and it was ready for us. He didn’t have change so we had to go get some change. Highly recommended if you are traveling and don’t want to do your own laundry in one of those self service place.

Avevo cioccolato e trucco su un cappotto (molto!) costoso. Altre due tintorie mi mandarono via dicendo che non potevano farlo e non volevano assumersi alcuna responsabilità. La Lavanderia Florentina ha accettato l'incarico, rinunciando a provarci ma senza garantire risultati. 4 giorni dopo tengo in mano un cappotto perfettamente pulito. E tutto per una frazione del prezzo che avrei dovuto pagare in Svizzera! Grazie ragazze!!

This is the only place I did my laundry. Very fair price, and they do a really good job!. They wash, dry and fold. They get really busy so plan ahead of time!

Great laundry service, drop in the morning. They did wash, dry and fold and delivered it to our hotel (extra euro) by 6 pm. All the clothes smell wonderful. Highly recommend

Pleased to find a laundry near our hotel with good and prompt service. Drop off morning, done by evening although we picked up following morning. Full load of jeans, shirts, blouses, undergarments, etc, wash and fold (not ironed, but could have added this service) for 25 euros. Using hotel laundry service would have cost us 25 euro just for two pair of jeans and one undergarment. So we took a five minute walk and probably saved 100 euro. Laundry clean, nicely folded and wrapped.

Typical laundromat, all the machines were working. Wash and Dry in 45mins.

Perfect for tourists or students. 4 euro/kg to wash dry and fold. I dropped mine off at 11am, they had them done before closing (they even stayed open a bit later waiting on them to dry). Very nice people too!

Highly recommended laundry. The service is fantastic. I was unexpectedly late on a Friday and could not collect my laundry. They opened for me on Sunday so I could collect it before left to Rome. Wonderful service - cannot recommend them highly enough.

The owner is very nice and kind. I did wash and dry without Ironing for one pack. It is around 15 Euro. I asked her if it is plus for ironing, 1 shirt is 5 euro.

This place is amazing. My favorite pair of designer pants were stained from a denim bleed transfer, I didn’t think there was much hope for fixing them. I got them back in less than 12 hours (next morning) and they look perfect. Very sweet people, very fair prices!

Efficient and all folded nicely! The lady was v nice we informed here that we had to catch the train, and she tried to rush for us :) Just be careful on the weight, misread lb as kg.

10/10 service ! Extremely helpful and friendly service. We had all our clothes, puffer coats and backpack washed, and all in the same day. The clothes came back nearly folded. A great place to get your washing done in Florence.
