Having returned from my trip to Italy, I still have not forgotten the lovely service here. Went in the morning, walked in, the owners helped me start the washing (even though it is self service), grabbed a coffee and within the hour I was out with all my laundry done having barely lifted a finger!

Highly recommend !! The owner of the laundry place were so friendly and so helpful. We had walked 12 mins away from our hotel after reading great reviews about the laundromat. They helped us with our washing and even folded our washing free of charge when we got back from the markets. Was so helpful seeing that we are travelling with our 10 months old baby.

The best laundry service in Florence. The lovely lady and gentleman who run the place are so so helpful and even put our laundry in the dryer and folded it for us while we went for a walk with our baby. Very reasonable prices around €8 for washing and dryer and soap. Lovely people. Cannot recommend enough ❤️

Never thought I would leave a review for a laundry place, but the people who run this place are truly amazing. I needed a place to do laundry while visiting, so language was definitely an issue for me. But the people there were super helpful and made the experience easy!

Great laundry place and opens early too. The owners were really helpful and friendly. Able to pay with card and pretty reasonable priced.

Spacious with lots of washing machines and dryers, had no issues. Cheap too, 5.5 euro for a wash and 1 euro to dry (but might need a couple drying cycles)

The owner was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and organised. The whole process was pleasant and I would come again if I ever came back to Florence

If you're a tourist and need to do laundry then I wouldn't hesitate to use this one. It appeared quite busy at times but we waited until it was slow. I would recommend bringing euros. I think it was 5,50€ for a load to wash and 1€ for each 10 minutes of drying time. There was no one attending the place when we went but no worries, very safe and secure. We started our laundry and then went across the street for a beer. Happy washing.

Easy to use.

So easy! They just got a brand new software that allows you to pay with card and gives step by step directions on how to use the machines. A man greeted me to show me how it worked. Excellent service and all machines are brand new. Cafe Nab across the street is perfect to grab a coffee while waiting for wash to be done.

Prima di tutto il negozio si trova in una posizione molto bella vicino alla strada e il lavaggio e la movimentazione sono abbastanza buoni, quasi tutto va bene e la bellezza è sorprendente.

Lavanderia self service nel centro di Firenze, a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco e Piazza Indipendenza. Locale pulito, attrezzato e ben tenuto dai proprietari. All'interno ci sono sei asciugatrici e sette lavatrici industriali (differenziazione di peso per i lavaggi 11-16 kg). All'ingresso è presente un distributore automatico (solo monete) di prodotti utili per il lavaggio, come ammorbidenti, detersivi, buste, additivi, detergenti, salva colori ecc; e un atm bancario per prelevare. Sul lato opposto c'è il macchinario per mettere sottovuoto gli indumenti appena lavati. Quest'ultimo molto utile. Nella lavanderia sono presenti delle ceste, messe a disposizione degli avventori e che è possibile utilizzare per lo spostamento dei panni puliti. È anche presente un bancone sul quale piegare gli indumenti. Possibilità di pagamento in contanti e con carte di credito. Se prendete la tessera fedeltà c'è uno sconto sul prezzo dei macchinari. Proprietari molto cordiali e presenti per qualsiasi emergenza. La mattina li trovate in lavanderia, ma in caso di emergenza vi è un numero al quale chiamare. Per l'attesa ci sono sedute e anche libri da leggere. Prezzi convenienti. A questa lavanderia non manca niente. Consigliata.

Ancora un enorme grazie a Luca e a sua moglie per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la grande professionalità che hanno messo nel loro lavoro permettendomi di risolvere un grosso problema col mio bagaglio di viandante 2.0 di fronte a vetusti e fastidiosi inconvenienti in cui ogni viaggiatore può imbattersi ancora oggi. Se volete avvalervi del loro supporto però fatelo entro le 11.00 di mattina prima che la lavanderia (comunque ben strutturata e in pieno centro) diventi solo self service.

Easy to use laundromat with clear instructions in English and Italian. The staff are not always on the premises but are extremely helpful when they are there.

The place is clean and tidy. It is a self service laundromat. However, I met the owner and he helped me with operating the machines. Even so kind to get me an expresso while I was waiting for my laundry. If you don't have soap, there is a vending machine selling at 1euro each. There's an ATM right in front of the shop as well. The washing for 8kg cost 4.50euro, drying 1euro for 10mins. Washing takes 35 minutes. First, put your laundry in the machine, choose the washing program. Pour soup to the top hatch. Move to the payment machine and put in your money, press the machine number and enter. I recommend this place.

Questa lavanderia, magistralmente gestita da una coppia di marito e moglie dedicati, è una vera novità in una città dove è difficile trovare servizi di lavanderia affidabili. Offrendo servizi di alta qualità a 7,50€ per un carico consistente, oltre all'opzione di lavaggio a peso e consegna senza problemi, è una scelta di spicco. La stiamo scegliendo come nostra opzione principale per la lavanderia e dovresti farlo anche tu!

The shop owner was helpful (if he wasn’t there I think we would have a hard time with the paying process) and the price was nice, 2 euros for drying!!! When we got back we found out that the clothes were all folded and packed (!) We highly appreciate and recommend this place :)

We enjoyed meeting and talking with the owners of this laundromat. They were incredibly kind, helped us navigate the machines and even provided us with free espresso. Very clean and great facility!

VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL place!

Nice place to do laundry. It opens very early and the owners are very nice. They actually told us to return an hour later, they took care placing our clothes in the dryer. Make sure to bring cash, there's no credit option.

In realtà, il proprietario mi ha chiesto di lasciargli il bucato, ma ha fatto tutti i jeans che stavo lavando per la prima volta separatamente e li ha persino messi nell'asciugatrice per asciugarli. Ha anche piegato tutto il bucato e lo ha messo in un sacchetto . Grazie mille e buona fortuna a te,, Questo è il ricordo più felice del mio viaggio,,ㅠㅠ

Luca went out of his way to help me with my laundry, watching it for me while I was gone, changing it from the washer to the dryer, and even folding my clothes. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!
