Best ever

We had a great long lunch here with family and friends while on holiday. The staff were knowledgeable on both the food and wine, and very generous for a tasting with lots of top ups. Would highly recommend

Seppure in ritardo di qualche giorno, sono venuta qualche settimana fa con delle amiche, vorrei comunque lasciare una nota per ringraziarvi del modo squisito con cui ci avete accolte, davanti ad uno splendido panorama, tra l' altro, e accompagnate con tanta cura per tutta la degustazione. Degustazione che ci ha fatto apprezzare tutti i vini consigliati, specialmente quelli dell0 Etna e con una mia particolare predilezione per il Tifeo Rosso 2015. Lo stesso si può dire ampiamente anche per il pranzo di accompagnamento, offerto anche più volte. Siamo stati benissimo insieme a tutti voi e torneremo sicuramente!

We booked a wine tasting and lunch through our Etna tour and it was well worth the stop. The views from the winery are great, the facilities are very nice, and the service was good. I do not like wine much, but my group was very happy with it. The accompanying lunch is A LOT of food, so come hungry.

Amazing experience. Great wine. The food pairing was very good and a lot. We got really full. Lots of food and cheese. The salts and spices were amazing. The people were very friendly. Service was top notch. The owner from Gambino family personally came to meet us. Views were spectacular. We ended up buying and shipping wine bottles. Also bought olive oil from the winery. Will highly recommend

Il viaggio fino al vigneto è stata un'esperienza in sé. Con un paesaggio così bello che rimani stupito. Una volta saliti siamo stati accolti da un uomo così appassionato che ci ha raccontato tutto sulla produzione del vino. Successivamente degustazione di vini e cibi fantastici. Posso consigliare vivamente questa escursione.

Ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo vigneto dopo una visita sull'Etna e siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità ed entusiasmo (anche se non avevamo prenotazione!). Nel giro di un minuto abbiamo ricevuto un bicchiere di vino bianco fresco e limpido di nostra produzione. Una breve spiegazione negli splendidi giardini e poi potremmo goderci la degustazione. Per € 29/p abbiamo ottenuto quattro tipi di vino (1 bianco, 1 rosato, 2 rossi) e un piatto ben riempito con 4 tipi di formaggio, melanzane grigliate, pane, olio d'oliva di produzione propria ed erbe aromatiche. Altamente raccomandato!

La visita di Nino in spagnolo è stata spettacolare. Molto attento e sempre con un sorriso. È chiaro che conosce perfettamente l'azienda e la trasmette con grande affetto. Complimenti, Nino! Ci è piaciuto molto. I panorami della cantina sono meravigliosi e i vini sono tutti molto buoni. La degustazione è stata davvero buona. Consigliabile al 100%.

We had another fantastic tasting today at Gambino. As always, the staff was so inviting, friendly, and funny, but, of course the real star here is the wine. From their blushing rosé to the refreshing whites to the shy (but suddenly not shy) reds, you'll love this place and just about everything they have on offer. There's a reason why this place is one of the most visited vineyards in the north side of Etna.

My worry in being late to our wine tasting was unfounded as Gambino staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us time to visit with each other between tastings

Vigneto ben posizionato con viste fantastiche. Abbiamo prenotato una degustazione di vini e abbiamo potuto assaggiare 1 bianco, 1 rosato e 2 rossi. Il ros era un piatto pieno. Per questo abbiamo preso del plocl, è stato possibile ottenere sia più vino che plokl. Bello poi poter passeggiare e guardare le viti. Sfortunatamente, ogni taxi ha subito un ritardo di 30 minuti, quindi abbiamo perso il tour e non abbiamo potuto annunciare che eravamo in ritardo perché non avevano aperto o risposto al telefono. È così triste che ci siamo persi quella parte e dovevamo comunque pagare il prezzo intero.

Una degustazione meravigliosa di prodotti ottimi. Il personale è attento, gentile e generoso, oltre che molto competente ed educato. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie mille

Abbiamo goduto di una degustazione di diversi vini della cantina Gambino. La degustazione si completa con una serie di formaggi e specialità locali (olive, carciofi, pomodoro) ma può essere ampliata anche ad un pranzo completo. Personale cordiale con molta conoscenza del vino e della regione. Gambino offre anche la possibilità di spedire i vini direttamente al tuo indirizzo di casa.

We had an absolutely stunning day at Gambino Vini. We had the wine and light lunch pairing and would highly recommend - beautiful food and wine (very generous portions of both!)All of the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Stunning location (I wouldn’t like to drive up the hill that it’s located on but thank god for taxis). A highlight of our trip to Sicily. We had some wine shipped home as we enjoyed it so much!

L'odore dell'olio d'oliva è incredibile e il cibo esce davvero bene. La descrizione del vino è buona e il vino è delizioso. Sembra essere il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo.. Tuttavia, devi portare la tua macchina, quindi tienilo in considerazione.

We had such a great experience with Antonio :) Him and his colleagues are totally passionate about wine, the process of making it and they all did a fantastic job in sharing this passion. The food and wine pairing included lots of different information on wine, wine and food pairing, the area/the island and a cellar tour. Would always come again!

Da un ventennio ci rechiamo presso La cantina dei Gambino dove l' accoglienza non è mai mancata, possiamo godere di un panorama unico, sia all 'esterno che presso la sala degustazione, appagante immergere lo sguardo verso gli splendidi filari di Nerello mascalese e Cappuccio. Ottima degustazione con abbinamenti particolarmente attenti ai prodotti e piatti tipici siciliani. I vini racchiudono l' amore per il territorio, la passione della famiglia con i due fratelli Francesco e Filadelfo, l' entusiasmo come ogni anno di tutti i loro collaboratori vecchi e nuovi. Visita in cantina con spiegazione comprensibile anche ai piccoli di 7 e 8 anni che erano con noi. Esperienza sempre positiva !! Consigliato anche il "Tifeo" Etna Rosso 2015 che promette ancora lunga vita.
