Bianco Bouquet team delivered a spectacular experience. Providing superb options all through the process. Marta is such a lovely person to work with and took the time to understand and help us to deliver our vision. We live in London and therefore required quite a bit of support, but nothing was off limits. All our guests were catered for and their needs and requests dealt with so expertly. Costanza and Camila, along with the entire Bianco Bouquet team, were the best wedding planners we could have dreamed of for our wedding in Florence this year. Beginning with the venue hunting, they were so helpful in selecting places to visit based on our needs and budget and were very creative in their selections. They also came with us to explore every venue and advise on different considerations. When COVID-19 hit, they assisted with the postponement of our wedding with grace and eased our worries at a time when things were so uncertain for everyone. Because of this we ended up working with them a whole year longer and the whole way they always made us feel like a priority. We are in San Francisco and planning a wedding on zoom without the ability to travel was daunting to us, but Costanza and Camila kept the planning process fun. When we were finally able to travel, they arranged the most amazing menu tasting experience at our venue in Florence and also created an extensive list of welcome dinner options for us to sample across the city while we were in town, reinvigorating the excitement around the wedding planning. When our original welcome dinner plan fell through due to pending renovations to the building, they quickly came up with a new list of options for us to review. They were also patient in handling our questions and feedback particularly when we went through a complete change of heart on the design of our invitations and Costanza found another vendor who created these beautiful designs with the skyline of Florence that we will cherish forever. On the wedding day itself we were able to fully enjoy our day while Bianco Bouquet handled every detail perfectly. A few days before our wedding we saw in the weather report that it was going to be incredibly hot outside for our ceremony, and Costanza and Camila were able to arrange these cute water bottles with custom labels on them in only a day! Costanza has a lot of connections with vendors in the tuscan area (and beyond I’m sure!) and can mobilize different options for all your planning needs very quickly. Their professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm made Costanza and her team stand out when we were looking for wedding planners, and they maintained those same great qualities throughout the entire planning process. Now happily married, we feel like we not only had an amazing wedding, but also made 2 new friends in the process. We could not recommend Bianco Bouquet more highly for your wedding planning needs!

We're a couple from LA that recently got married in June 2022 in Florence! When we got engaged - we knew we wanted an international wedding, but weren't sure where to start in Italy. Being BIPOC, it was extremely important to us to find a planner that understood both social and cultural nuances. We interviewed around 10+ wedding planners virtually, and Bianco Bouquet (Costanza) stood out the most. While other planners seemed to be headstrong in what a wedding "should be" - Costanza understood what we were looking for. We loved her diverse portfolio, professionalism, and our rapport! Once we selected Bianco Bouquet, Marta was tasked as our designated wedding planner. We honestly could not say enough great things about her. Marta is dedicated, detail oriented (which we really appreciate since we're also type A), flexible, confident, and transparent. She helped lead every step of the process - from pitching/choosing vendors that fit our vibe, creating mood boards, providing input, giving honest feedback, etc. Marta was always there to answer any questions we had (via email, whatsapp, etc.) and happy to hop on a zoom call (even with our vendors)! The process was extremely smooth and we were able to secure all our top choices of vendors. It was a bit nerve racking to finalize contracts and payments with vendors - not only because of the language gap, but also doing business virtually. But, our vendors were more than what we could have hoped for and we had a relatively relaxing wedding process since we were so early with our decisions (with the help of Marta)! We also were fortunate enough to travel to Italy (after we had finalized all our vendors, venue, etc. virtually) and meet Marta in real life. She took great care of us. She personally picked us up and showed us our venue and brought us to the caterer to sample all food choices. Everything was more than what we envisioned and we were so happy with all our choices, especially with having the opportunity to see and experience in person! Past having a great professional rapport with Marta, we truly view her as a friend and lovely person. She helped execute one of the most important weekend of our lives seamlessly :) While our package covered 2 events (Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding) we had a wedding weekend with 3 events. Even though our Welcome Dinner was not "included" - Marta helped provide recommendations and offered to step in when communication with external parties fell through. Ultimately, everything went smoothly and each event was fantastic. Our wedding was the most amazing experience and everything was executed perfectly. It was stress-free and all our vendors were so professional, caring, and friendly. 3 staff members from Bianco Bouquet were present at our wedding and we felt incredibly supported. Our friends (50 guests) could not stop raving about the wedding (food, musicians, decorations, flowers, etc.) and how FANTASTIC it was. We had the most amazing time and wouldn't change anything. It was incredible to see our vision and hard work come to life after months of planning!! We would 100% work with Marta and Bianco Bouquet again! Truly 5 star service and top notch quality. Working with Costanza and her team at Bianco Bouquet was the single best decision we made when planning our wedding. Located in New York and planning a wedding in Tuscany, choosing the right wedding planner was very important to us and altogether, we interviewed 6 different planners. Some planners tried to slot us into a particular “standard” type of wedding based on our dates and budget. When we would describe something outside of the “standard”, they would try to dissuade us or say that it simply wasn’t “how things were done.” Costanza, on the other hand, stood out from the beginning. From the first phone call, she took the time to listen and understand our vision and priorities. She showed patience and flexibility throughout the process, but also leveraged her experience and expertise to give us direction when we needed it. She understood us and our vision, so we trusted her guidance. Perhaps most impressively, Costanza and her team were responsive and solutions-oriented. We were always able to reach Costanza when we needed her and when, inevitably, there were planning roadblocks along the way, she was always able to tackle them with creativity and resourcefulness, often going above and beyond what we expected. Bianco Bouquet (Irene!) and I worked together for over a year planning my dream Tuscan wedding. We were really happy and pleased by working with Costanza from Bianco Bouquet. Our wedding was in April 2019 in Capri. At first, we were really worried as we were planning for a destination wedding where you can’t have a close eye over what you want and you can’t guarantee how accurate things would be. Honestly, in this matter, Costanza did an incredible job in making things very organized. She would take photos and communicate with all the vendors for us. We just go through all the options and make the choice. She worked very hard to match our requirements with our budget plan. All I remember how flexible she was at the times when I was super picky with things. We did everything though Bianco Bouquet and we’ve never regretted the choice. It worths mentioning as well that we got to know about Bianco Bouquet from a friend of my husband who attended a wedding that was organized by Bianco Bouquet, and he was amazed by the organization and the attention to the details. She provided a lot of input in everything designs, colors, ideas and even food options that added a lot to the Italian vibes. Our wedding was a memorable experience for everyone. Costanza and her team were instrumental in organizing our destination wedding, in Sicily, Italy. We've completely relied on her proposals, visiting the suppliers, as we're remotely located (in Dubai, UAE) from the wedding destination and we could only visit once the location!
