Elia and his team (in our case Ezgi) made our Italian dream wedding in Tuscany come true in August 2023! We (a couple from Germany) found Moretti Events online and on Instagram and their fantastic photos of past weddings made us feel super comfortable choosing them as our wedding planners. After having seen their references we did have quite high expectations and we can tell that they even exceeded them! There's not a single detail that could have been improved and we can highly recommend Moretti Events to everybody who's planning to have their wedding in Italy - both from the personal aspect of Elia and his team and from the result they have realized for us. We quickly realized that the team has significant experience and that they know exactly what they're doing! We had an initial call with Elia to set the scene and clarify the basics like budget planning, locations etc. Even though we already had quite concrete plans of how our dream wedding should look like, Elia and team always came up with recommendations and ideas that even exceeded our imagination. We started planning 12 month prior to the wedding date and during that time we were always very relaxed knowing that the team would realize our dreams - just from the communication with Ezgi and Elia. Even though we started planning 12 month ago, due to their experience and connections we are sure they would have been able to realize the wedding in a shorter time. They definitely know how to make you feel comfortable which allows you looking forward to your great day without any stress. We really appreciated that the first steps of planning were already very transparent with regards to costs, locations and services from external parties. Moretti Events has a very broad range of locations in their portfolio and it was super easy for us to find the perfect venue to host the wedding and accommodate all our guests (we were a rather small group of just 33 people). The selection of entertainment during the wedding (musicians, bands, DJs, magicians etc) as well as photographers was also very broad and thus, everyone will find their perfect choice. Furthermore, the cooperation with the florist Biancospino Flowers was very nice and they offer anything you can imagine.

The entire group at Moretti Events were instrumental in planning the perfect wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful, but planning a destination wedding in Italy is another level of stress. Add to it that we wanted to pull it off in nine months, and that was quite an undertaking. From the first conversation with Elia and Ariana, we knew we had found the perfect pair to plan our wedding weekend. We instantly clicked and formed a genuine friendship. (The live painter, the surprise opera singer, the stilt-walking luminaries!) Each event built on the one before, and wedding and reception truly capped off a magical experience that we and our guests will cherish forever. After finishing a wedding at midnight in Tuscany on a Saturday, the entire team drove two hours to Portofino to be ready to start working our event Sunday morning. Over the course of three days, they ensured that every detail was taken care of and that we did not have to lift a finger or be worried about anything. Elia's top priority was making sure we were having the time of our lives. The team even took care of our guests, by giving out their phone number and welcoming text messages from 70+ Americans for the entire time. It's now been one year since our magical Italian wedding, and every memory is better than the last. We feel it was a truly a gift and a blessing to have found Elia and Arianna. But regardless of the delays and the uncertainty, Elia and his team were in contact with us during these years, taking care of us, answering our questions and in the end helped us in every way that they could to bring our dream wedding to life. And they truly did! Elia and the team made us feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. They answered all of questions with detail and care and they truly cared for us in every single way. Elia himself was with us during our rehearsal dinner and also on our wedding day. He took care of us and was with us every step of the way and when we asked him to be the officiant at our wedding, he graciously accepted and gave us a very special ceremony! To say we are happy with Elia and his team is an understatement. We truly loved working with them and miss speaking to them now that that our wedding is over. What can we say? What a wonderful, friendly, helpful wedding planner. We could not be happier with our chose of Moretti Events. The whole team was incredible. Our team, Elia and Ezgi, could not have been more helpful and on top of things and Elia's family even got involved with translations! The team was responsive and we really tested them - we had 1,000 questions every week and they always got back to us in a professional and friendly manner. We had a hiccup with our paperwork in advance (Americans) and they ironed it out and arranged everything for us. What's more they arranged our shuttles, helped us track our budget, brought a glass to stomp, and even sang to us with the surprise they got us - an organ grinder! They worked two long years with us (we had to move the wedding back a year) and they were patient throughout. Their ideas were incredible too! My (now) husband and I were going to get married in Italy in 2020. Of course, COVID happened and our world got turned upside down. We were very thankful that Elia and the venue we booked worked with us to change the date! It was a bit stressful as travel restrictions were unpredictable. We ended up changing our plans and decided to get married in Austin and then go to Italy for a reception! Elia helped us with this shift and once we arrived we had an amazing time. Elia helped us plan a week of activities (truffle hunting, city tours, wine tasting, reservations, etc). We were even lucky enough to have an amazing meal at Elia's family restaurant! We had a really delightful reception with wonderful food, wine, music, and a beautiful aesthetic. All the places we went and people we met were absolutely lovely. We would love to work with Elia again!

Elia was the perfect mix of flexible and structured. When we started planning I was so overwhelmed and Elia helped set up timelines to get us started and help keep it manageable. Of course Elia managed all of the planning since we do not speak Italian and we're so grateful for his help. He helped us find the perfect caterers and florist and was amenable to us bringing our own photographer, videographer and finding the venue. It was a perfect match and when I decided that I wanted one long dining table instead of two - just a couple of days before our wedding - he brought the vision to life and up-leveled it with gorgeous chandeliers. We are so happy that we chose Elia and we would do it a million times over!

What a pleasure it was working with Elia planning our destination wedding in Taormina Sicily! Rewind back to when we first got engaged and decided to get married in Italy, we were nervous and overwhelmed looking for venues overseas and trying to figure out how to make everything work. We used sites like wedding wire and the knot to search for planners and I interviewed a few, but the minute I met Elia, I knew we were in good hands! He was energetic, knowledgable and what really stood out was he passionately wanted to make our dream a reality!! The planning process was easy and laid back, no stress at all even with postponing Bc of Covid. Every detail was taken care of and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching! For Elia, the best wedding planner in this world … From planning a wedding overseas, to postponing it due to Covid, Elia was fantastic and patiently helping us plan every step of the way. Without any hesitation, he was available at all hours of the day and weekend (without with 6hr difference), dealt with all of the vendors on my behalf, and made sure I was happy every time we spoke. He genuinely managed all of the headaches of wedding planning and did so with a smile every time. Rescheduling due to Covid was no small task, but Elia delivered on every single detail (including dealing with Customs!). He helped manage transportation details for all of my international guests, Covid testing, and thought of every small aspect that I did not think of, to ensure a perfect few days for everyone involved. The day of wedding, Elia was present from the top of the morning to end of wedding (3am) organizing all of the vendors, managing the guests, and checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were content. Having someone there take care of everything else, truly left us enjoying our guests, the venue, and our wedding day without any concerns. Everything turned out beautifully and perfect all thanks to Elia and his amazing attention to detail and calm approach to everything. This wedding is one to be talked about amongst all of my guests for the rest of their lives. My husband and I are so so happy with how everything turned out, all thanks to Elia. While we ended up changing our wedding plans to a party stateside, Elia was a joy to work with when we were planning a wedding in Tuscany.
