Her and her team are the most resourceful people I know, starting from very important stuff (like how to make everything look like a Million dollar) to the minimum details (like spray tanning). Olivia's aesthetic eye transforms everything into the most beautiful setting, to the minimum detail. Not only, she is able to tell where extra details are not needed. Brides often worry that there are no enough flowers or not enough entertainment elements: Olivia can assure you what is enough! She knows how to save you money and how to get the best outcomes. Olivia is a very straight forward person, which is what you need when you are planning a wedding. You just have to trust her expertise. She really cares about her creations, even how the flowers are getting arranged etc. She wants to have direct supervision of every single step. Every wedding for her is like her own baby, this is because she is a loving and passionate person. We have planned our wedding from abroad and communication with Olivia was very easy. Every call or email is labeled and there is a TO DO chart which shows everyone's progress. The organizational skills are mind-blowing! When the big day arrived, we walked into our wedding thinking that it looked beautiful, beyond expectations! Everything looked glamorous and more expensive than what we've actually invested. Everything ran smoothly according to the plan. Literally, here is no one thing we could complain about or wish we did differently. We felt relaxed and confident the whole time. We even had food which tasted amazing! All this thanks to Olivia, Ludovica and Sveva. Will always be grateful for their help and treasure these memories for ever. If you want to live this Fairytale, there is only one person that can make it come true - Olivia!

If you’re looking for a planner for your Italian wedding, do yourself a favor and CALL OLIVIA. At the beginning of our planning process, we spoke to three planners and immediately connected with Olivia and her team. My husband and I had a budget and a general sense of what we wanted, but Olivia’s team was really able to help us build out a vision for the full wedding weekend and pick the right venue, all over video and email. Over the next few months, they guided us through the vendor selection process and conveyed what we were looking for to the florist, caterer, stationery designer, etc. Olivia has a great eye for what elements will really make a difference and especially helped us with the small details like stationery/floral/lighting design, which we would not have been able to do ourselves. They also helped us find a restaurant and plan a menu for our rehearsal dinner, plus find the perfect venue for our welcome party. But the wedding day is what really blew us away. Olivia’s vision came to life and was so much better than we could have ever imagined. She, Sveva, and Ludovica absolutely killed it - the setting, decor, food, service, etc were spectacular and we owe it all to this team! People have asked us if we’re relieved that the planning process is over and I have to say no because Olivia and her team made it that easy. We would hire them again in an instant.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OLIVIA AND HER ENTIRE TEAM!!! We are Americans who had a dream of getting married abroad in Italy. We found Olivia and her team (Sveva and Ludovica) on Instagram and quickly knew she was a perfect fit for us. She was genuinely kind, professional, honest, and upfront about what our budget meant our big day could look like. She worked with us for over 2 years and never missed a beat or took longer than a couple of days to respond to any email. We felt her and her team kept our best interest at heart and wanted to make our day perfect just as much as we did. They made our lives so easy when it came to vendor selection and communicating with vendors on our behalf which avoided all language barriers. My husband and I were having a destination wedding and knew we required assistance with the planning and execution process. Olivia Sodi and her team were recommended to us by several people and we decided to proceed with them based on their excellent reputation. The experience was fantastic and did not disappoint. The team are so thorough and meticulous, bringing to our attention every single detail required to create our perfect wedding weekend. They also have a lot of experience with many vendors so it didn’t surprise me that every vendor they suggested, we proceeded with because of how great a fit they were. We also felt that Olivia and her team were so vibrant and positive on our special day and they really provided good vibes which was so wonderful and heartfelt to see. Olivia and her team were AMAZING. They were so thoughtful throughout the process and supported in such an organized way. Olivia's eye for design is amazing and she nailed our vibe so well. I loved working with the team as they are lovely people but also problem solvers who have great attention to detail. We knew from our first call with Olivia that we liked you guys the best compared to everyone else. The main reason was that you were the only planners we talked to that even mentioned how important it was that the bride and groom actually enjoy the planning process and that if we were getting stressed or anxious that you would do anything to make sure we’re still enjoying it. From then to the big day itself, we slowly started to picture the wedding, and honestly, it ended up sooooo beautiful despite the weather and potential police shut down worries! We were awed by your sensitivity and flexibility on the day when it was clear we were sad and stressed about Plan B. That talk at breakfast and then walking around the grounds trying to figure it out really told us we’d made the completely right choice in you. Thank you for everything. We look back at the photos from Massimo and we cannot believe that was our wedding day. It was all totally worth it in the end and we are so grateful for everything you have all done.

Olivia's portfolio displayed a range of unique styling and planning which resonated with me. I had a good feeling about her. My husband Paulo and I also wanted to work with a planner who was local to Tuscany/ Florence. At first meeting via video call we knew! I cannot speak highly enough on her insight and experience. It's a big project and commitment to plan a wedding abroad. Her relationship to vendors was key on finding the right team to execute our vision. Olivia and team answered any questions - they were accessible to us during our long distance planning and earlier on in the planning process provided a thoughtful questionnaire and organized our ideas in one place which was key. Olivia gave us great options for location scouting and we found our favorite venue. Olivia and team coordinated all the logistics, which helped make our time with our family and friends spent in Italy even more wonderful. We couldn't have done it without Olivia. She supported Paulo and I in feeling confident in our choices even when we were uncertain. Olivia is patient but direct in helping guide the overall process. She has an intuitive passion for creating beautiful environments, attention to detail and an understanding for her clients. The energy her team brought to the day was felt. I could give 10 stars if I could!!! I worked with Olivia and her team for my wedding in September in Tuscany, and I can’t emphasize enough how amazing she is! My wedding was originally in 2020 and had to be postponed twice due to pandemic. Throughout the whole process, Olivia was so patient, kind and supportive. She ensured everything regarding the rescheduling went smoothly and managed communications with all vendors. My husband and I lived in US so planning a destination wedding during pandemic was definitely stressful, and Olivia and her team really made everything possible for us. Olivia planned 3 day wedding weekend for us and it was truly a dream come true. Her taste is wonderful, she is so professional and also so fun to work with! Also when we had unforeseen circumstances on the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure our plans went smoothly as planned. Not only did the team help make our wedding dream come true, they also put so much emotion and passion into their work. They were so personable and an absolute joy to share our day with. For those of you looking for a wedding planner in Italy (or anywhere!) I’d highly recommend Olivia and you will not regret! Impeccable taste yet so down to earth, we fell in love with Olivia from the moment we met back in 2019. This woman is EXCEPTIONAL. I remember sitting down at a little cafe in the centre of Fiesole after we scouted out a few venues, and her taking the time to really get to know us, asking about our vision for the wedding and going through our inspiration board photo by photo to get a sense of what it was we loved about each. She really puts you at ease and makes it her goal to create an event that feels so personal and authentic to you as a couple. Over the next three years and two cancellations/delays later, her team worked tirelessly with the vendors etc. to make things happen without any additional cost, and we finally had our dream event in August 2022. Wedding planning can be stressful, but she really took all of the tension out of the process and made it so delightful, finding creative ways to really make things feel so magical while staying perfectly within our budget. By the end, we felt so comfortable with her and Sveva and Ludovica and the fact that they knew us that we gave them carte blanche for planning our welcome aperitivo. "This is our budget. Do your thing. We trust you implicitly, just make it colourful!" is all we said. When we arrived at the venue (a cool local spot recommended by Olivia and Sveva, with the stunning back drop of the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio), we were just blown away. Bella bella bella with just a happy, low key vibe that felt so good for the soul. I cried. Our guests loved it. And the wedding the day after was even more sublime. Thank you Olivia, Sveva, Ludovica... you ladies are just the best. We cannot thank you enough for giving us the happiest memories from these two days. Definitely worth the wait!

Olivia and her team became our wedding planners a year before our 3 day wedding celebration in Florence, Tuscany. We really enjoyed working together with Olivia and her team for our Destination Wedding in Florence. From the first contact via video call there was a great connection. Once we met for our first site inspection we had an emotional bond. The team found amazing locations which were perfect for our wedding. They took over the whole communication with the suppliers so we only had one point of contact. On our wedding day itself they were just amazing. When we began our search for a wedding planner in Italy back in 2019, we had a few key things we were looking for in a wedding planner and we can safely say that Olivia and her team exceeded our expectations in all areas. We knew we would spend a lot of time with this person and therefore we wanted to make sure it was someone we got on with well. We can honestly say we looked forward to every occasion we spoke with or met Olivia and Sveva. On the big day, we felt that they were there as friends as well as our wedding planning team. They were also so on top of every detail, that we had nothing to worry about on the day. Being from the UK, with little local knowledge or language expertise, we knew we would someone who could find and coordinate multiple vendors for us. The team offered an incredible, refined range in all areas and we loved every single partner that we ended up working with. This included incredible venues too. Finally, we wanted someone who could make our special day more than we would ever be able to imagine, never mind create. Olivia and the team are amazing creatives, designers and stylists and we were blown away by every part of the day, even when we knew what was coming! We will truly miss speaking to Olivia and her team - and will need to have a big anniversary event in the future, just to work together again!
