Juliana, Claudia and Paula were able to arrange a beautiful wedding in less than 2 months. They are very professional and trustworthy. As I live in Dubai, they were in touch with me all the time taking care of the wedding’ smallest detail. The venue they chose for me was breathtaking and thanks to them I was able to get the perfect elegant family wedding I wished for. The stress of distance planning faded away the second I arrived to the venue and knew that I was in very good hands. Coming from a middle eastern background, It was hard for me to find the right music but Savvy was able to reach out to suitable DJ and musician to cater to our cultural needs. Hiring Savvy Events Studio as our wedding planner for our Lake Como wedding was the best decision we ever made for our long-awaited wedding in 2022. We appointed Savvy in 2019 with the hopes of having our wedding in June of 2020, but due to the pandemic we have had to postpone our wedding to 2022. As is the case with most couples planning a wedding during a pandemic, there were many setbacks due to changing restrictions and coordinating with various vendors during this time was no easy task, but with Juliana and her WONDERFUL team of Savvy girls, the challenges were almost virtually removed as they went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly and worked with us to set new dates post-restrictions and coordinate the various vendors around that new date. Juliana and her team combine limitless passion with hard-work and outstanding organizational skills which make planning a wedding such a fun and happy experience, as they always should be. From the onset of our experience with them, they graciously hosted us in Lake Como during our visit from Malaysia to recce the initial potential wedding venues, and gave us a wide plethora of options from their portfolio of vendors for us to choose from: from the venues and caterers, to florists, entertainers and photographers/videographers. From start to finish , every detail was meticulously planned and more importantly, executed to perfection. Juliana and her team are the most incredible wedding planners. We worked with Claudia from Savvy Events for our Florence, Italy wedding September 2021 and it was better than our wildest dreams. The team of women that run Savvy Event Studio are so professional and helped us reschedule our wedding 3 times due to the COVID pandemic. We met with Juliana once in New York in 2018 and then traveled to Italy in 2019 to plan the 2020 wedding. Little did we know what was to come but their team of experienced experts were the most loving and caring group of women who took care of every aspect planning and replanning our special day. They were so easy to work with that they became like family towards the end and each of us thanked them in our wedding speeches because they were that special in making our big day possible. Every detail is thought out and the pictures and the videos from that day prove that they are the best in the business and no one compares to Savvy Event Studio in the wedding planning space. Juliana and her team at Savvy went above and beyond our expectations and made our wedding planning process easy, fun, and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. Juliana is extremely detail oriented with tremendous foresight anticipating costs and potential outcomes in advance so there were no unexpected costs or problems. All of the vendors, designers and artists Juliana works with operate with the highest level of integrity and deliver incredible end results- and it is clear she has earned a tremendous amount of respect within her field. As far as event planning and coordination goes Juliana sets the bar extremely high and we will certainly be using Juliana again for event(s) in the future.

The best decision that we made in planning our wedding was engaging Juli and the Savvy team. They were actually the second wedding planner that we used, after having a bad experience with another wedding planner who was prominent on wedding websites but not reliable or trustworthy. On the contrary, Juli and her team were absolutely amazing!! They worked with us across three different time zones (US, Australia, Italy) to organise a 2-day event for 200 people, including Indian, Chinese, and Christian ceremonies. They went above and beyond to ensure that we could execute on our vision within our budget without sacrificing on quality and experience. Our wedding weekend was stress-free because they had everything under control and could be trusted. We had several guests compliment us saying that it was the most well-organized and elegant wedding they had been to--and all the credit goes to the Savvy team. Thank you!!

The Savvy girls were a savior to me. Planning a wedding from New York in Florence was nothing short of a dream come true, but definitely comes with a wide variety of challenges. Claudia, Juliana and the entire Savvy team were always super helpful to me, always available to talk, and put forth their opinion in a kind yet honest manner. They truly are understanding girls, and I felt I could tell them anything with my many ideas and visions, and it all came to life. I would highly recommend Savvy to anyone. The day of my wedding was a breeze and I was able to 100% enjoy every moment of it without a worry (even when it rained)! If I wanted tile place cards to be ordered, it was done, if I wanted simple yet elegant flowers, it was done... any timing, decor, transportation, vendor, and all other logistical details were planned so well. I LOVED Savvy and they honestly were nothing short of a perfect wedding planner.

Where do we begin? We cannot recommend Savvy highly enough. Juliana and Cecy helped us plan our Tuscan wedding from the UAE in 6 months and Juliana distinguished herself from other wedding planners from the outset - while they all seemed to be trying to charge us money before we even knew if they had venue availability on the dates we wanted, Juliana was primarily focussed on ensuring that she could deliver what we needed. This remained the priority for the team throughout, and many things only came together for us because of her relationships with vendors. We had events at our dream venue over 3 days and the level of service delivered on the ground by the larger team over that weekend was fantastic, and meant that we could focus on spending time with our guests - many of whom commented on how impressive our wedding planners were .... pro-active, organised, resourceful, friendly, easy to deal with and willing to go the extra mile. Picking Savvy to plan our wedding is one of the best decisions we made - Juliana and the team are worth every penny we paid and more!!!

It’s any bride’s dream to have a beautiful wedding, when you live in the US and your wedding destination is in Italy, it takes a really good team to put together a seamless wedding and Savvy Event Studio did just that. I sent the team my vision board of how I wanted the wedding to be like, from African inspired decor blended with the backdrop of nature to pictures of flowers that I loved and from that, they were able to create their own vision board of what was available and what they had access to. I sent email responses with questions and I got back answers right away. They took pictures of everything so it didn’t matter that I wasn’t there. They were my eyes, ears and taste buds and most importantly they were honest. If something didn’t mesh well or they thought it didn’t look good or was out of our budget, they told us and offered solutions and alternatives. My husband and I arrived in Italy a few days before the wedding and they had a car to take us around to see the venue, the caterers and the bridal hair and make up team that we had chosen. I have to admit I was a little nervous about the final look of how things were going to be but the wedding day was breathtaking. The DJ and food were off the charts. The savvy team had a gorgeous yet simple uniform so it was easy for us and our guests to identify them if we needed something. They went above and beyond, and even had the lights and audio company hook up a TV an hour before the wedding so that my Belgian guests can watch the match between Belgium and Japan during dinner. And after it was all over they shipped over anything that we wanted from the wedding. My wedding was in July and till this day it’s still the most talked about wedding. If you are in search for the right wedding planner and are very detail oriented then Savvy Events is a perfect match.
